All you have to do is telephone and a Millennium agent would be pleased to meet with you and discuss your rental requirements. Once a leasing agreement is completed, we will advertise your property for you and promote it through our many corporate connections.
Our listings comprise of houses, duplexes, townhouses, flats, condos and apartments, all within a 45 minute drive to downtown Halifax and Dartmouth. We are a well established company who are committed to providing the high level of service you expect, coupled with personal contact.

Just outline your rental requirements and we will match them with our many listings and prepare a list of potential properties for you to view. We will then arrange to either meet you at the viewing sites, or, for your convenience, Millennium offers transportation to view the properties from all metro hotels and other locations. There is no charge for this service.
Millennium has homes located throughout the entire HRM and its outlying areas. Millennium manages houses in Halifax-Dartmouth, and as far away as Glen Haven, Lake Echo and Elmsdale presently.

Both are committed to providing the high level of service you expect.

Through an associated company, Millennium can offer its clients excellent contract rates for painting, and all types of maintenance and repairs. Also, because of its high volume of fuel oil purchases, a substantial discount has been negotiated with a major oil company. We are pleased to pass this discount on to our clients.
Accounting can be done in either of two methods-
| 1. | Rents collected and made payable to Millennium are deposited in a trust account in which all expenses will be paid including property management fees, and the balance deposited to your bank account on the first banking day each month. A detailed statement of income and expenses will be prepared by our CMA on a monthly or quarterly basis and forwarded to you OR; | |
| 2. | You hold and deposit the rent cheques and in the event maintenance and repairs are required, we will contact you, provide an estimate and invoice you for same. Millennium would ask in this case to be provided with post dated cheques for the monthly management fee (plus HST). |
